Job Description:
The Paralegal will support attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. Key responsibilities include:
• Drafting and preparing legal complaints with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conducting legal research to support case strategy and complaint development.
• Reviewing and analyzing case files to ensure all necessary information is included in legal filings.
• Assisting attorneys with case preparation and litigation support.
• Managing deadlines and ensuring timely submission of complaints and other legal documents.
• Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the legal team.
Qualifications:
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on drafting complaints.
• Proven ability to draft clear, concise, and well-structured legal documents.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
