Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for well qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the US Air Force ICBM program.
The ICBM System Program Office must ensure a safe, secure, and reliable Minuteman III (MM III) weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command) through 2030. This activity is identified as the Integration Support Contract. The contract assists in acquisition and technical sustainment engineering and augments government resources. The contract provides breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, and ICBM Demonstration/Validation. The position is located at Hill AFB, Utah.
This position:
- Reviews drafts and/or finished technical orders, time compliant technical orders, technical order page supplements, test plans, civil engineering manuals, briefings to ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable government regulations
- Recommends corrective action where required
- Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of basic scope and complexity
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of grammar, writing, punctuation, editing practices and style practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to use good judgement, draw logical conclusions and ensure successful and timely completion of projects
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Some ICBM weapon system experience, to include weapon systems technical writing/editing Quality Assurance
- Basic knowledge of technical data management policies
- Basic knowledge of the Air Force Technical Order Management system
- Basic knowledge of grammar, writing, punctuation, editing practices and style practices
- Basic knowledge of special coding, operating and abbreviation procedures
Salary Min $52,470 - Max $89,190

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $52470 - $89190
