Job Description:

We seek a versatile Handyman/Skilled Carpenter with experience in preparation and painting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities:

• Hang and finish drywall with precision and attention to detail.
• Execute minor framing tasks as needed
• Perform minor electrical tasks, including changing outlets, switches and fixtures.
• Installation/repair of drop ceiling grids and replacing ceiling tile.
• Install new doors, door hardware and door knobs accurately.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as changing toilets, shut off valves, vanities, and faucets.
• Carry out painting tasks with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Conduct prep work to ensure surfaces are ready for painting and finishing.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as/with a handyman, carpentry and commercial remodeling

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, and problem-solving.

- Experience in surface preparation and painting.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good physical condition and stamina.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
