Purpose: This role supports Merchandise, Planning, and Allocation (MP&A) initiatives by connecting teams with their data. The individual in this position will improve efficiency by developing scalable analytics solutions for Excel, MicroStrategy, and Snowflake -based reporting tool. The goal is to enhance productivity through streamlining and automating processes where appropriate. This is a high-visibility role with key stakeholder partnerships across all levels of the MP&A and Business Intelligence teams. If this sounds like your kind of adventure, read on!

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan with company match after 500 hours if age 21 or older, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, paid sick leave, and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
