Your Role as a Dental Hygienist:

We're excited to welcome a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienists to our team in Brattleboro, VT on a part-time and full-time basis. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and make a significant impact in our community. All experience levels are welcomed, including new graduates. You'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch dental hygiene treatment
• Educating and motivating our patients towards better oral health
• Assisting with diagnostic and preventive care
• Collaborating with a team of dedicated dental professionals

We Offer:

• Payrate : $47-53/hour + monthly incentive bonuses
• Sign-on bonus : $6,000
• Relocation bonus : up to $15,000

• All-Digital Dentistry : Our practice is at the forefront of digital dentistry, featuring digital charting, digital X-rays, and advanced tools like Overjet for AI-driven dental analysis and iTero for precise intraoral imaging. These technologies help us provide top-notch patient care while offering a modern and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
• VT state license
• CPR certification
• 1-year dental experience, preferred - New graduates are welcomed!
• Certification in anesthesia, preferred if applicable

Part-time and Full-time Schedules:

• Office hours: Monday - Friday 7:45AM - 5:15PM
