Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Executive Assistant to support a diverse range of clients and help drive their business success. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project plans, processes, and workflows designed to alleviate client pain points and help them focus on what matters most. You'll be responsible for managing multiple accounts, ensuring that services are delivered on time, and identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies through delegation and automation. Your role will involve proactive communication, critical thinking, and strategic planning to ensure clients' needs are met.
This position is fully remote, and you'll be expected to be available during regular business hours (9am - 5pm ET, Monday - Friday).

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee project management, process design, and system implementation for each account.
Develop and customize project plans, processes, and systems to align with client goals.
Monitor the progress of each project and ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges or barriers.
Implement delegation and automation strategies to free up clients' time and improve efficiency.
Lead weekly accountability meetings with clients and implementers.
Ensure smooth communication through tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
Support new team members through mentorship and shadowing opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere, ensuring team goals and client needs are aligned.
Regularly review and update client files and processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong project planning and management skills, with experience overseeing multiple accounts and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and other relevant technologies.
Ability to think critically, plan strategically, and solve problems efficiently.
A strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in virtual work environments is preferred.
Must have a computer with antivirus software, high-speed internet, and a reliable work setup.
