a. How did you go about performing RCCA?
2. Describe how you would approach a complaint from a customer.
a. Example- Boeing has reached out to you stating that a product does not fit on the fuselage of a 737. You are familiar with the product and know that it is produced in high volume. The work instruction for building the product includes a check fixture to ensure proper alignment onto the 737 fuselage.
What guidance would you give the customer? What questions would you ask the customer about their installation process? What actions would you take to review the production process?
3. Describe how you would handle the following scenario.
a. Example- You are performing a routine audit of a production cell. While completing this audit you will typically follow a checklist detailing various things you should witness (training records, calibration records, work instruction revisions, etc). While witnessing the operator build the product you observe that the adhesive they are using expired at the end of their shift the previous day.
