Qualifications/Duties:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* 5 years of experience
* EIT/PE
* Experience with traffic signal design and traffic impact analysis
* Develop traffic and transportation planning and engineering solutions
* Perform traffic modeling and design traffic signals, roadways, intersections, etc
* Proficient in MicroStation, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, Aimsum, AutoTurn
* Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
