We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and dependable individuals to join our Event Staff team.

Position Overview:

As an Event Staff member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a variety of events at Beech Mountain Resort, including concerts, ski and snowboard competitions, and other resort-sponsored activities. This position is event-based and sporadic, with shifts available around event schedules. It's an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, help make events run smoothly, and enjoy the perks of free entry to concerts and access to resort activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Support: Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Guest Services: Help guests with directions, event information, and general assistance to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
• Crowd Control: Manage crowd flow and assist with keeping events safe and enjoyable for all attendees.
• Ticketing and Entry: Handle ticketing and check-in for guests, ensuring proper entry and access to events.
• Ski & Snowboard Events: Support with coordination and management of ski, snowboard, and other resort-specific events as needed.
• Miscellaneous Duties: Provide general event assistance, from managing parking to helping with concessions, merchandise, or event promotions.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience required, but experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the event schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time and perform light physical tasks.
