Sales & Practice Manager
Expanding Aesthetic medicine practice is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and self-driven Sales and Practice Manager seeking a rewarding career in Aesthetics. Job Summary: Radiance Rx is looking for a Sales & Practice Manager to be responsible for the launch and growth of our new office location. This includes overall management of the clinic, marketing, sales, customer service, and community outreach. Promote the Radiance Rx brand, skincare products and services, working towards revenue and membership and retention goals. Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, workflows, inventory, and customer service. Drive new business through effective sales strategies, lead nurturing & conversion, promotions, networking, community engagement and social media campaigns. Promote patient retention with personalized outreach and membership growth.
Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction, new customer engagements, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Development and motivation of the team and fostering collaboration between team members. Must be a detail-oriented, organized self-starter, able to prioritize, with the ability to execute at a fast pace.
POSITION: Sales and Practice Manager
REPORTS TO: Practice Ownership
Full Time Position: 40 hours/week: Regular F/T employment. Some evening and weekend hours to be expected for clinic hours and community events / networking.
Salary: $60-80K, Competitive salary based on experience. Includes short term performance incentives, health insurance benefits, 401k, and bonuses based on practice growth.
Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant sales and practice management experience.
