RNC Rough Mechanic II

Position Overview
The RNC Rough Mechanic II is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and ductwork. This role requires a strong understanding of duct materials and HVAC equipment, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of HVAC ductwork and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing duct systems and HVAC equipment.
• Cut and shape duct materials according to specifications.
• Install duct insulation to enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation and maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of duct materials and HVAC equipment is essential.
• Ability to cut and install duct insulation effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
