Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and proactive receptionist to join a growing team at our client's newest building. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience for all visitors, tenants, and staff.

The salary for this role will likely be $20-25/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Interact with and provide guidance to porters and security staff.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, organized, and efficient environment.
  • Assist with managing building schedules, deliveries, and other office logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or office manager role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a bubbly and approachable personality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with maintenance, porters, or security teams is a plus.
