The Role:

• Ensure storage areas are secure at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Receive and distribute all goods to the appropriate locations within the hotel.
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist with inventories and month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date package log; deliver guest packages to designated locations.
• Match invoices against delivered goods, checking for correctness, quality, quantity, and weights.
• Match packing slips with invoices and process as directed.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross-training.
• Rotate food, liquor, and related items.
