ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing production data, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This full-time role is based on-site in Jessup, MD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to production performance, including output, inventory levels, and yields.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to monitor yields and costs.
  • Conduct audit traceability reporting exercises.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve production processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance assessments to ensure that production processes meet internal and external standards.

• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
  • Act as a key point of contact for production-related issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with supervisors, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any production issues.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the supervisor, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
• 1+ year of proven experience in a production, manufacturing or data analytics role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• General knowledge of production systems and processes
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
