Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure an exceptional experience for families and therapists alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
• Manage scheduling, billing, and insurance processes
• Serve as the key point of contact for families, ensuring outstanding communication and service
• Support therapists by handling administrative tasks so they can focus on patient care
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Coordinate team meetings, onboarding, and ongoing staff support
• Implement strategies to enhance practice growth and community engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare administration, office management, or a related field (pediatric therapy experience is a plus!)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance processes, billing, and scheduling software
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping children and families
