Job Description

We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our team. The role involves installing, repairing, modifying, and servicing various plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to codes and specifications.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions.
• Modify existing plumbing systems to accommodate new fixtures or changes in building layout.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and installations.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment (up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs.]).
• Proficient with hand and power tools for extended periods.
• Capability to work in various physical conditions, including confined spaces and at elevated heights.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to maneuver around job sites, climb ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces.
• Good vision for accurate measurements and assessments, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of experience as a plumber, or four years as an apprentice or helper.
• Must provide a completed and signed "Plumber Certification of Work Experience" form.
• Valid plumbing license with photo.
• Proficiency in plumbing installation, repair, alteration, addition, and servicing of plumbing systems.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and installation techniques.
