Pay :

$91/hourly Blended Hourly

$59.85/hourly Taxable

$31.15/hourly Stipend/nontaxed

$ 3640 / Weekly Gross

Requirements:

• Current Pharmacist license in good standing with Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns.
• Must have Previous Manager Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the dispensing of medications and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication inventories using pharmacy software.
• Provide immunization services as required by state regulations.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Stay current with medical terminology and advancements in clinical pharmacy practices.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, critical care protocols, and medical terminology.
• Experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems for managing prescriptions and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
