You'll have shared responsibility for overseeing the safety of people and pets, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing salon operations within the store. Engaging with customers and their pets, you provide best-in-class salon-specific services and positive experiences. This role also entails shared responsibility for cleanliness, maintaining pet health and safety standards, and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy within the store. Additionally, a key focus involves training and developing bathers and new stylists, emphasizing their growth and proficiency within the salon environment.
