Payroll Supervisor with Paycom

Location: Downtown Atlanta

Salary: Up to $80,000 base salary, plus a 20% bonus

Responsibilities:

• Supervise payroll processing for 150 employees using Paycom.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks with a focus on the general ledger.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts.
• Post journal entries monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Onboard new hires.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Reports to the HR Manager and Controller.
• Department of 1 person

Requirements:

• Experience with payroll management, specifically using Paycom.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• No degree required.
