Job Summary

Homeland has partnered with a client in Nashville seeking a Partnership Coordinator for a long-term contract position. If you have strong administrative and communication skills, are familiar with the Nashville area, and have experience working with nonprofits, we encourage you to apply!

The Partnership Coordinator should have strong skills in project and program management, event planning, and community relationship-building. This individual must excel in report writing, data summarization, and facilitating group planning and decision-making sessions. With the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions, they should be adept at change management and aligning work plans with desired outcomes. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for preparing clear updates for stakeholders. Additionally, this role requires an extensive knowledge of systemic inequities and social determinants of health, with a strong commitment to advancing culturally responsive health initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and align activities across multiple partners and initiatives to promote collaboration and shared goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and community organizations, facilitating partnerships, promoting events, and sharing resources
  • Engage with community leaders and stakeholders to identify needs, foster collaboration, and support community-driven initiatives
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with partners, community advisory groups, and listening sessions, ensuring follow-ups and actionable outcomes
  • Develop and implement protocols for accessing community services, with a focus on culturally responsive COVID-19 testing and vaccination efforts
  • Plan and manage schedules for COVID-19 testing events and oversee test kit deployment to priority populations
  • Maintain a centralized calendar to track partnership events, activities, and deadlines
  • Oversee contract partner reporting, review submissions, and identify barriers to achieving deliverables
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and updates on partnership progress, challenges, and achievements for stakeholders
  • Track monthly progress reports from community partners and represent the company at grant team and partner meetings
  • Design and facilitate group planning and decision-making sessions with the grant team to drive impactful outcomes
  • Compile detailed progress reports for the Program Director and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with data analysts to create actionable reports on community advisory group outcomes and insights from listening sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public health or related fields, with proven success in project or program management
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, manage change, and align work plans with measurable outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of systemic inequities, social determinants of health, and the impact of intersectionality on health outcomes
  • Experience in community organizing and advocacy, including empowering marginalized communities for social justice
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience facilitating meetings and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
