Junior Full Stack Developer

Mindhop, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and development of next-generation transportation solutions. The primary focus will be on developing intuitive, high-performance front-end interfaces that enhance user experience for our data-driven applications. Working directly with our senior engineers, the candidate will play an essential role in building scalable web applications that transform transportation data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive, efficient, and scalable front-end interfaces for transportation data applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
• Assist in developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes that support the extraction, transformation, and integration of transportation data.
• Transform data for visualization and present results through clear and intuitive front-end interfaces.
• Work within an agile environment, managing tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Document design processes, technical requirements, and testing methodologies.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in front-end development with experience in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and client-server communication.
• Basic understanding of databases, including writing SQL queries, and familiarity with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Kafka, Hadoop, or Cassandra
• Experience with Python is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense, ECharts) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
