Role Objective & Mission: Be a strategic partner to operations team of appointed site ensuring business evolution and growth by translating business challenges, goals and main stakeholders needs, into a suitable HD concerted plan, maximizing delivery of value-added services, driving measurable positive changes in the business environment, attaining customer satisfaction

What does a day in life look like?

  • Drive the raising of performance and employee engagement, fostering a strong and rigorous development and recognition culture
  • Customizes and facilitates workshops, programs, and feedback sessions to address organizational/departmental needs.
  • Conducts design and development work in programs such as the Employee Rewards and Recognition programs and leadership development series.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of various programs (e.g., Rewards and Recognition, training programs, learning platforms and post-training retention via boosters program) and proposes new solutions or changes.
  • Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of operational performance via Key Performance Indicators
  • Works with all levels to the site and organization to design, plan, coordinate and implement employee and team effectiveness strategies.
  • Site leader for communication including distributing information, analyzing channels of information, and building, executing, and sustaining a communication strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the site HDBP the Communications and Engagement Team, and other key stakeholders on intent, approach, and delivery of communications material.
  • Development of engagement activities, programs, and overall strategy geared toward manufacturing team members.
  • Helping to manage and maintain the HD Communications and Engagement calendars, and work with business partners and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Foster partnerships across HD function to facilitate and improve the delivery of value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business values and objectives. Perform HDBP role according to the HD Service Delivery Model.
  • Improve HD Site performance by working in collaboration among the site HD team and provide mentorship to less experienced HD professionals
  • Lead as an example of corporate values.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • HD experience including building and implementing communication strategies utilizing electronic and in person delivery methods
  • Experience working and communicating with all levels of Team Members and Management including shop floor to executive level
  • Experience as HD Strategic advisor
  • Experience in workforce planning and staffing processes
  • Project management experience including creating and managing timelines and updating project status to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel).
  • HR experience within a Compensation, Staffing and/or Team Member
  • HR experience with a manufacturing environment or for a manufacturing company
  • Experience with design, publishing and printing of company communications
