Job Description

- Position: Epic Radiant Project Manager
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 12-18 months with potential extension
- Experience Level: 15+ years
- Visa Required: USC, GC
- LinkedIn account required, must be minimum 3-4 years old
- Driver's License required
- Role: Primary liaison for complex initiatives with organization-wide impact
- Responsibilities include: Developing project strategies, setting and driving goals and timelines, communicating plans and status to stakeholders, driving accountability, researching and analysis, advising leadership on strategies, presenting design proposals for approval, mentoring team on Epic Radiant design and build topics.
- Programs Used: Epic Radiant, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 360
- Key Skills: Extensive knowledge of Epic Radiant with implementation experience in a multi-hospital system, strong written and verbal skills, ability to maintain timelines and escalate when necessary, leadership skills to guide teams to project completion, detail-oriented, well-organized, resourceful, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
