Your role as an Event Management Center (EMC) Manager: You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the EMC during games and non-baseball events, communicating directly with the Incident Investigators to ensure all security and medical incidents are documented, liaising with other stakeholders to ensure a safe ballpark experience for guests and responding to any safety inquiries in a prompt manner.
