District Manager – Dunkin’ (Capital Brands Group)

Location: Maryland (Overseeing 6-7 Stores)

Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)

Compensation: Flexible, Based on Experience

Position Overview:

As a District Manager , you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple Dunkin’ locations. You will lead store managers and their teams, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a strong company culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a passion for the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry and a track record of success in multi-unit management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across 6-7 Dunkin’ locations, ensuring all stores meet company and brand standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to drive sales, improve operations, and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory control, to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all stores comply with Dunkin’ and Capital Brands Group policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on support and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Lead hiring, training, and retention efforts to build strong, customer-focused teams.
  • Implement marketing strategies and local promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Address and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and employee relations matters efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a multi-unit management role, preferably in QSR, fast food, or restaurant operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams while holding them accountable for results.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 6 days a week and travel between locations as needed.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
