Responsibilities:
• Prior dental office experience
• Prior dental treatment planning
• Discuss procedures with patients and have a high case acceptance rate
• Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
• Track record of exceptional customer service experience
• Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
• A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
• Great administrative and organizational skills
• Familiarity with dental software
Qualifications:

• Dental experience
• Experience providing exceptional hospitality-inspired customer service in a fast-paced office
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to calculate percentages accurately and quickly using basic math skills
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Outstanding teamwork skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Excellent phone and written skills
