Job Description

Data Entry Specialist – Contract – Aurora, IL – $15.00 -$20.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Aurora, IL.

Role Description

Performs a variety of administrative functions to support our business.

Updates our various systems with details and critical contact information, product eligibility enrollments. Requests and generates reports for employees and/or customers, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors reports to remind our associates of outstanding tasks.

Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used Microsoft systems, including Excel.

Will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, which may change from week to week.

Works under immediate supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Skills & Requirements

Required Skillsets:

1-2 years in either Customer Service experience or in Data entry in professional setting.

- Must have computer literacy with a preference for experience in Excel
