Corestaff Services is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative for a client in Springfield, VA.

The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls from customers to take Repair & MAC orders, answer inquiries, handle customer issues, document problems and provide status & general information.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answer Customer, Vendor & Employee calls and respond to emails
• Enter all Customer requests into ticketing system.
• Research required information using available resources
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Dispatch Technicians
• Maintain Technician Daily Schedule

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Required language proficiency
• General knowledge of or experience in Telecommunications or IT a plus
• Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices
• Some experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service environment
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
