Job Title: Customer Experience Administrator

Location (city, state): Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote), Schaumburg, IL

Industry: Financial Services

Pay: $20–$23/hour (contract to hire)

Job Description:

The Customer Experience Administrator will provide administrative support to the account management team while maintaining relationships with customers. This role involves managing fleet-related services and handling inquiries, with a path for growth into account management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support account managers with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Respond to customer and driver inquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage data entry in proprietary systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle fleet-related requests, such as maintenance cards and insurance certificates.
  • Assist the sales team with client-facing materials and reports.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative support or customer service within account management.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in fleet management is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, friendly communication skills
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset
