Job Description

The contract administrator will manage contract documentation, process amendments and change orders, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pre-bid documentation and assist with bid-day operations.
  • Process contracts, amendments, addendums, and change orders while maintaining accurate records.
  • Track contract renewals and maintain a contract database.
  • Ensure contract compliance with legal and business policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve contract-related issues.
  • Monitor project progress and contractual commitments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Distribute contract documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete and accurate financial and accounting records related to contract agreements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as a contracts administrator or sales administrator in logistics, field services, or a similar industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Oracle ERP is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Upbeat and energetic, with a customer-service mindset and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
