Commercial Construction Project Manager – Moraine, Ohio

Our client, an innovative manufacturing company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.
• Manage project budgets, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and track expenses.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Oversee project closeout and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, RFIs, submittals, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ProCore, Bluebeam, JD Edwards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
