Russell Tobin's client, an insurance company in the US, is hiring Administrative Supports in Phoenix, AZ.

Job title: Administrative Support

Hourly Pay: $18 to $20 W2

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 3 to 4 months contract

Duties:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative Support professional to join our Provider Partnerships team in Health Services. This role involves performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks, focusing on excellence, privacy, quality, compliance, and versatility. The ideal candidate will provide general guidance and assistance to customers via phone, written communication, and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform office operations such as filing, organizing, copying, scanning, answering phones, and distributing materials.
• Organize, file, compile, and distribute correspondence and documents in various methods (alphabetically, numerically, etc.).
• Collaborate with others to generate, assemble, and update correspondence, departmental files, systems, manuals, logs, materials, and packets.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, and in person.
• Assist departmental staff with clerical and administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
• Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to achieve individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain working knowledge of the required systems, procedures, forms, and manuals.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week (plus additional hours as needed to meet business requirements).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

Required Competencies:

Job Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency with office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanners, and telephones.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 5% error rate or less.
• Basic proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
• Intermediate PC skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 20 pounds.

Education and Experience:

Required Work Experience:

1 year of experience in an office or clerical field.

Required Education:

High School Diploma or GED in a general field of study.

Preferred Work Experience:

1 year of experience in health insurance, a medical office, or another health-related field.

1 year of experience in a sales or marketing field.

Preferred Education:

Associate’s Degree in a general field of study
