Required Education, Experience, & Skills Project Development and Management Skills: - Develop process overview diagrams
- Create detailed BOMs (Bills of Materials)
- Lead teams throughout the project management process
- Manage Risk, Cost and Time
- Hold people accountable and elevate issues quickly to management
- Report on status to management
- Keep everyone on task
- Engage in difficult conversations
- Strategize on a weekly if not daily basis as to how to keep projects on schedule

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills BS Engineering Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
