Senior Business Developer (Growth Focus) – Federal Civilian & DoD/Intel Market

  • Lead the charge in identifying and winning key opportunities across agencies like HHS, NASA, DHS, and more, leveraging your established relationships and expertise.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute innovative business development strategies that align with our rapid growth.
  • Build and manage new and existing opportunities, ensuring we meet our growth objectives and positively impact federal agencies.
  • Work closely with industry partners and key decision-makers to drive brand awareness and position our solutions for success.

  • Proven experience with federal agencies like HHS, CMS, FDA, NIH, DHS, FEMA, TSA, NASA, and others.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong proven experience across one or more Federal agencies of interest with established relationships.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies.

Experience Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development and a proven track record of winning opportunities with target agencies.
  • Strong, proven business development experience at one or more of the following agencies: HHS HQ, CMS, FDA, NIH, CDC, DHS HQ, ICE, CBP, FEMA, TSA, NOAA / NESDIS, NOAA / NWS, NASA Goddard, NASA HQ

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and excellent word enunciation skills, are required.

Citizenship Status and Clearances:

  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status. This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.
  • Preferred: Public Trust Clearance

Salary Range:

  • $115,000 - $200,000

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range reflects a broad spectrum of potential candidates, with salary offers based on skills, experience, and expertise in the field.
